Home not opening

I installed 4.0 and followed the guidelines for update and upgrade. I rebooted and that whole section of 'Home Folder' is not opening. I have Terminal, Firefox and Control Panel, but Konqueror doesn't open either. Any ideas?.

what are the errors? trying opening things from terminal to get error message, also check the log files: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=15530
