- A X.Org supported 2D GPU
- a DVD reader
Optimal requirements:
- a Dual Core Processor (Intel Core 2 Duo or better, AMD Athlon 64 X2 or better)
- 1024Mb RAM
- 15 GB of free space
- A X.Org supported 3D GPU (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA) (esp. for XBMC)

At the moment I'm running Fedora, but maybe the new version will convince me to use Sabayon again…

My Sabayon is fully updated. it is nearly 5.4.
Congratulations. Sabayon continue better and better
in each new version.

Quick review of 5.4 Gnome version (32 bit and 64 bit):
- Gnome system monitor is not installed
- ccsm is not installed
- disk mounter show phantom disks (in fact USB stik from where it's booted) - not mountable

Problems 1 and 2 can be solved quick with: equo update / equo install gnome-system-monitor / equo install ccsm
But if you put your "best linux" on a DVD or USB to show-it to a friend without internet connection.. it's bad advertising....

In rest seems to run faster than 5.3 and it's looking better than ever.
