I keep my system updated through the package manager (sulfur) and now i'm on 2.6.33 kernel instead of 2.6.34 so that's why i'm asking.

Is there ant other way to upgrade. I'm updating only when update manager shows updates and now is saying that there is no updates.

What do you mean update with Entropy?

Sulfur, which you use, is the graphical tool for the binary package manager, Entropy (equo is the CLI equivalent) :)

We don't force kernel updates, you can install it yourself IF you want.
Just keep in mind to install the needed drivers too if you do.
