Wine seems like not configured

Hi. I'm testing Sabayon 8 KDE in VirtualBox and I noticed that Wine is installed by default, but there's no program group called "Wine", no launchers for "Uninstall wine software", "Configure Wine", "Notepad", and the system is not configured to open .exe or .msi files with Wine. I installed wine-doors and winetricks but nothing has changed...

If I install a Windows program, it appears a "Wine" program group, but only when the shortcuts of the Windows program...

Is this a bug? Any way to solve it?

wine-doors has been dead for several years. I don't know why the Gentoo developers haven't removed it from Portage.

Try setting up a WINEPREFIX and WINEARCH. See, e.g., the following articles:
