I have now installed Sabayon 4r1, Konqueror now seems to have Photobook mode (again, like in the past), in Sabayon 3.5.1 it was Image view - it was perfect. Was KDE - Konqueror changed? Should I ask in the KDE community?
This Photobook used to cause a lot of problems and this is happening again. When I have a photo opened, I cannot navigate through my folders in the Navigation Panel, it simply tries to open a folder and never finishes. I have to close Konqueror and reopen.
Also this Image view was much better than Photobook, because I would have the Navigation Panel on the left, then the file details in the middle and I only had to click once to choose another file to see it displayed on the right. The Photobook displays the detail icons on the right hand side, so it's like not very natural, apart from that I have to double-click. Also Image view had a very convenient zoom option "Fit to hight", now I only have percentages.
This is very uncomfortable.
This is really annoying, old good functionality is replaced by something that doesn't work and it is also not very convenient. Unless there is a way to change or configure it?
In the view menu I do not see the previous View -> Image view mode, it's also not in the Help. Anyone knows, if it was replaced?
I know this is not Sabayon's team fault, I may have to go to KDE and ask about this.
Help would be appreciated,
