Grub not detecting keyboards [Solved]

Postby eifersucht9 » Wed Jan 14, 2009 2:28

Hello all, I just installed Sabayon and am having a small but important issue. I am dual booting Windows XP and sabayon 3.5. When I trun the computer on it loads up the Grub menu but will not let me switch back and forth between sabayin and windows. By default it auto loads Sabayon safe mode after 5 seconds. I have tried three different keyboards and the only one that will work form time to time is an old dell ps2 keyboard. Bothe my USB's will not. I need help fixing this issue, its driving me crazy! Thanks for all the input!

Make sure to enable USB Legacy Support in your Bios, then USB-Keyboards work in grub.

Hope that helps...
