Virtualbox executes WinXP but not Win7 nor Win10 [Solved]

Hi all
I've some problems with VirtualBox I can't solve.

Problems started after the last update and the situation is as follows:
- 1 VM WindowsXP runs succesfully
- 1 VM Windows7 give error at startup:
- 1 VM Windows10 give error at startup:

Errors are the same for both Win7 and Win10:
Apertura di una sessione per la Macchina Virtuale Win764bit_AHR65 non riuscita.
The VM session was aborted.
Codice 'uscita: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Componente: SessionMachine

I googled around and followed this thread too

but I've no success...

problem was related to a not completed update
this not complete update caused a malfuncion on network card (kernel modules not found)

booting with previous kernel all runs properly
