Why do you like Sabayon?

Post by varaonaid » Thu Jun 28, 2007 17:43

This is in *no* way a troll post! I'm seriously thinking of switching to Sabayon and was wondering what the favorite features were and what made you choose to use it. I figured the way to find that out was to ask those who use it regularly.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Thanks in advance.

For me, the big attraction of Sabayon is that it is a young but fast developing distro. It is also 'cutting edge' but still remarkably stable.

What do mean by "kitchen sink distro"? It has everything included or that it sync's with PDA's/pocket (using the new kitchen sync utility)? Does it have that functionality out of the box?

In a nutshell: IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!!
"When Art Meets Inspiration" ~~ Its not just a slogan, its a credo!

So it's really quite simple, you just have to ask yourself: "Which would you rather have? A Picasso or a poster?
