sabayon login [Solved]

Hello this morning I tried to login to sabayaon forum ,I was greeted with a norice saying my ip was banned permanent can one of the moderators check up on this please it said I had posted scam I can login again just curious where this came from

I have checked the Moderator Logs and cannot see any ban on your username. If you want, you can PM your public-facing IP address to me (use http://whatismyipaddress.com/ to find it) and I will check the Moderator Logs to see if that IP address has been banned.

maybe your pubblic IP was banned in the past.
It also happened to me

Received your PM with your (current) IP address. I can't see that IP address in the list of banned IP addresses. Probably a coincidence that you were banned, as your public-facing IP address can change if you disconnect your router from the Internet or power it down (unless you have a contract with your ISP for a static IP address).
