Ksnapshot no longer maintained [Solved]

Post by betazed » Sat Feb 06, 2016 19:09

I noticed in my latest round of updates that several KDE apps/components were "no longer maintained." They all had new versions (15.12) available except for Ksnapshot. Is Ksnapshot no longer maintained upstream, or was it just an oversight on the part of the packaging for Sabayon? It's the easiest way to take screenshots I need for an online class so I'm retaining it for now. Does anyone have a good alternative?

Edit: Made my grammar slightly better.

Thanks. The fact that there isn't a K somewhere in there must have thrown me off when I was looking for it.
