Messed up system

Postby alexrenzi » Sat Aug 17, 2013 15:10

After an upgrade of some time ago (which upgraded a fresh install of sabayon 13.04 x64 KDE) I'm having some really stragne troubles.
For example lightdm login screen cannot poweroff or reboot the system (the buttons are disabled), when I click the poweroff or reboot button something related to python2.7 crash and make KDE to crash and fall back to the login screen.
Magneto doesn't work anymore as rigo which report this:

[email protected] ~ $ rigo

(process:9217): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: gtype.c:2720: You forgot to call g_type_init()

Moreover some software cannot find the libraries, for example ddd debugger:

ddd: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can someone help me to figure how to fix these errors?
