Thank you for your attention.

What would that manual update?

Code: Select all
# equo update

# equo upgrade

I tried that and it did not work!

Try
Code: Select all
 equo update --force
then
Code: Select all
equo upgrade

I'm sorry that I have no other ideas. However; the boss (lxnay) said he would look at it so you should be in safe hands there.

Hallo all.
It seems I've had the same problem with root authentification in Rigo. I'd opened another thread for that:
viewtopic.php?f=76&t=28906
I have SL X with KDE 4.9.5 now, updated yesterday.
And for my authentification problem I've found a solution, because there was an update according to 'DBUS'.
I said, that it is possible for me to open a konsole and do an su and login as root. That works.
So then when I am root I did, what I read here:
Code: Select all
equo upgrade

and after that, DBUS was updated.
Then I rebooted my laptop and started Rigo. It still looks weird (graphics problem?) but now I can enter my root password to proceed an action. This works also.
My conclusion: DBUS was the problem here. Though, I don't know, why you can't do an
Code: Select all
equo upgrade

Are you root in a konsole? For me, then it worked.

Try again. Much success.

I really hope, that by the Brexit (poor Britain), TTIP will be finally prevented. But don't get tired to talk to your local politician to open eyes for danger to democracy because of TTIP

Problem solved. Latest manual upgrade has solved the problem on main computer. A new install of daily iso, (from 17th January) did not have the problem. What item caused or solved the problem I have no idea.

Thank you all for your help and commitment given to my problem.
This morning I did a fresh installation and the problem actually disappeared.

I still have a problem with a machine, but I'll wait until the next update and see if the problem will be fixed.

Again thank you all.
