Hey, I just thought I would throw out a big thanks to the devs for this distro. Debian and Ubuntu have been causing me a headache for weeks now, and within minutes of popping in this dvd, I have a fully functional system with wireless. (which I was unable to accomplish for the life of me in Ubuntu) I am still having issues with reconnection to a wireless network (once I'm disconnected the only way I've been able to reconnect is a restart) but that's much better than anything I was able to do before.

This is a slick desktop system! Thanks a ton! Your hard work is really appreciated!

lol, thank you very much for your praise! :D

yes, I have that same problem, sometimes all I need to do is restart NetworkManager

# /etc/init.d/NetworkManager restart

instead of a computer restart

Yeah, I was getting there. I had come to realize that restarting the session did the trick, so that was the next step. Good tip though. Thanks.
