Sabayon on laptops

It's not "new" but Sabayon works well on a HP Thinkpad T23.

Dell D820, everything worked out of the box, wifi AIGLX etc.

The only thing not working is the volume keys but that's an easy fix

Hello,

I have a Zepto 6314W and with sabayon 3.26 (x86_64) everything works out of the box.

My specs are: * Core2Duo 2Ghz
* 2 GB Ram
* 100 GB HD @ 7200 rpm
* Geforce 7600 go with 512 MB dedicated ram

I have an Alienware laptop. 3.26 runs fine, 3.3 the Live DVD runs fine, but it can't be installed because it does not see the hard drives.

Dell D620 works fine with 3.26 although I haven't tried widescreen resolution yet. I'm still downloading 3.3 :P

Acer Aspire 5672 Wlmi
Intel Centrino Duo T2300

Works great with 3.3, the only thing to change was the widescreen resolution in xorg.
Only thing to-do is the volume keys on the laptop getting to work (works in Ubuntu with osd.. want that also on sabayon)

Well, I have recently bought a Zepto Znote 6214, everything works mostly out of the box. Pretty and nice is it also.

I'm running 3.3 on a Sager NP3880 notebook with very few problems. It's got an nVidia geforce 6600 go and the opengl works great. No interface issues, beryl runs fast and smooth. The only issue I've noticed is that in 3.2 I couldn't suspend to disk. Haven't tried in 3.3 yet.
