Question about menu display (SOLVED)

Hi Team and members :)

I was wondering how to display all the applications in the menu. In fact, I noticed for instance that Jack, Ardour, K9copy, aren't displayed in the menu, but they can be started with the command launcher.

Are there many other applications "hidden" and how to display them all in the menu ?

Thanks in advance

ARe you using the new 3.2?
you can right click on the kicker and change it back to the old style.
To edit menus use KDE Menu Editor.
I get to it by scrolling through menu and right clicking on an icon and choosing "edit item".
That brings up the Kde Menu Editor. you can add and remove. If you are smart enough to start a program without a launch item I will assume you can add items to the menu.

Best Regards,
Blair

some also require a domenu to be correctly entered in the ebuild, and some don't do that, we're working on better kicker support, so it'll come :)

Thanks for the replies,

@Deadpenguin : yes, I have 3.2 installed :D and thanks for the tip, it works ! I simply added the name of the wanted app, choosed the right icon (if it's supplied) and added the command in the required field.
That's it !

See you soon for a few more questions ... :)
