Emerge World

Could we have a generic /etc/make.conf that would allow users to do an "emerge -kavDN world" after an "emerge --sync" after installation without having to much tweaking? This is a Gentoo basic that would be a great service to Sabayon users.

jack to run as user, it's needed for ardour rosegarden etc.
at the mo it has to be run as root aswell as any client programs

Dear team,

how about a treat for the poor laptop users

(win)modem detection / configuration
suspend/hibernate (lworks in Fedora, so should be possible)
and some centralized config tools like yast and sax

Hi - request after seeing some screenshots of 3.2b . . . could the 'splash resolution' choices include 1920x1200x16 or 32 [standard res for 24" flat panels]?
