I agree with cvill64, compile the program you want is much better than using klik - I personally stay away from it

ok thanks for the link this helps to know I am not alone in my un-klik-ability

coming from ubuntu>Dreamlinux>Knoppix(Debian based OS's)

Is there anything like the Synaptic Package Manager (did I miss it?)?

there is a gui called kuroo, but in my experience I prefer the commandline and emerge.


Kuroo seemed really slow and unresponsive at times for me - emerge you can sit back and watch it do it's pretty little thing, but that is just me.

I use to hate commandline anything, but now I prefer command line - just seems more stable of a system.

I prefer using the commandline also, as long as I can figure the command line out :wink:

Anybody know the commandline to install SolarWolf?

with this done what do I need to do to create a icon in the game application menu?

EDIT: I simple restarted....SOLARWOLF works awesome in Sabayon! Yay!
