Monitor resolution

Postby raccoss » Mon Jul 07, 2008 15:18

Hi,

I tried the Sabayon Linux with the live DVD, but the maximum resolution allowed for my monitor was 1024 x 768, while under Windows the max screen resolution is 1280 x 1024.
Under LinuxMint that I tried, the max resolution is something like 1150 x 820...
The resolution allowed will probably change after installation? Or can I find somewhere drivers for my monitor (an old 17" CRT Tatung)?

Thanks
