I am new to Sabayon and am trying to figure out how to get my Dell Wireless 1450 USB Adapter to work with sabayon so I can get online. Does anyone have any helpful information?

I think this is Broadcom 4309
Probably easiest with ndiswrapper -- you may need to blacklist the Broadcom native driver (bcm43xx or b43)
You would need the the windows drivers (.inf and .sys files)

You could also try the native driver, then you may need to install firmware (windows .sys file) with bcm43xx-fwcutter
