This is now definitely a missed (or wrong done etc-update)

Necoro, i have in mind that this info is useful for you...
I SOLVED the problem...
I give the commands etc-update, and their alternatives: dispatch-conf oretc-proposals, but all of then were unsucessfull.
But i have Sabayon installed in 3 different comps...,and Gentoo in two.
in 2 of the 3 installations of Sabayon, Portato working...
after that i see that the portato.cfg have errors, simply i copied ) (in root mode) the file /etc/portato/portato.cfg, from one of the working Sabayons, over the erroneous file....
Therefore, Portato working!
Below,for your info or possible use, the good file (portato.cfg) and the "damaged" file (portato.cfg.damaged)...
