I've got another couple of problems, I'm afraid.
The first of these happens after I have launched Portato a few times. Let's say very roughly on the fifth launch. After I type in the root password as prompted, the little Portato splash screen appears but then disappears quickly, and Portato crashes without any message window appearing. I have tried running Portato from the command line to see what messages are displayed and, when it crashes this way a very large amount of text appears in the Terminal window -- so much that the command I entered to run Portato is not in the scrollable Konsole window anymore. Here's the very last bit of text at the bottom of the Terminal window from one of these crashes, in case it gives you a clue what's happening:

Also, on one occasion when I launched Portato from a Terminal window to investigate the above problem, Portato launched OK but, as soon as I moved the mouse over 'File' so that I could select 'Quit' from the pull-down menu, Portato crashed. (I had not clicked on File, though).
Do you think these crashes, and the crash I mentioned in an earlier post, could be related?
