qc-usb-messenger could not make, error.

So I was trying to emerge qc-usb-messenger for the Linux supported Logitech drivers, and I got an error. Take a look. .

Can anyone help me? It might be a newb question or something but bare with me. .I'm still learning the wonderful world of Linux.
