AwesomeWM, can't start app on specific tag [Solved]

Postby batvink » Fri Dec 20, 2013 14:36

I'm using latest AwesomeWM.
When trying to make rules for Applications to start on specific tags,
only Firefox seems to follow the rule, and DOES start on the tag i've defined.
All other Applications just start on the current active tag.

I tried many, if not all solutions from the internet, but none work, or return a error.
Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

I just noticed something:
on my rules list, Firefox was already given as a example, i just extended the list.
But when looking closely to what i did, i saw that Firefox began with a Capital.
All other apps didn't., and that did the trick.....
After changing the apps, beginning with a capital, now it works.
Awesome..... ;-)
