All of you have been quite helpful in the past, and it is much appreciated.
I have one other question, though. I have an MX3230 Gateway laptop that runs Sabayon x86, and was curious if it could handle XGL at all in any way...
I obviously have concern for the graphics "card" that it is currently using. It has an S3 Graphics UniChrome Pro integrated graphics with up to 64MB shared video. I remember performing a search for this on google, but did not ever find it on a list specifically stating that it is supported.
Even at that, I still have not gotten the openchrome drivers to work with it, I have been stuck with the default vesa drivers, where all graphics when you drag windows over windows, generates visual lag (smearing effect, kind of).
Input would be of great help, thanks!
