after upgrade, no more wired network. [Solved]

Post by albfneto » Wed Jan 09, 2019 19:48

SOLVED

In my main Sabayon installation...

after the upgrades in January, 9, 2019. I have no more internet.... Seems that the MAC adress is loosed.

this issue is my connection in the University.... DHCP automatic.... The connection exists but not works....

For acess, and write this post, i'm using my other Sabayon installation (my Sabayon of tests), not fully upgraded.

What DHCP client I should use? How to "clone" my "working" connections to my other sabayon installation? How to identify my MAC adress, and "put" it in my other Sabayon?

Dear Sirs, Thanks.

Issue is solved. It was a problem in the "wire", in the net cable.
