Wireless Connection. Connected, but disconnect in seconds

i have an wireless connection (bridge modem + wireless router with pppoe authentication).
in one of my sabayon installations (openRC+udev) all works, but

in my other Sabayon, after upgrading of systemd, in the boot, verbose mode, even using system d, OpenRC name appears, bit changed with the string "git", then, in the verbose lines,

many boot errors, following in the screen so fast to be viewed, but are mainly wlan0 errors and wpa_supplicant errors.

after, normal boot and the X, but connect the wireless is a pain! Usind wicd our networkmanager, the net "connect" but disconnect in seconds. after open a browser, it connect, but after 15-20 followed tries! As connection "on demand" but it is not on demand in the wireless router.

I'm having the same problem, although i have not migrated over to systemd yet. I also get no errors showing up in the dmesg output. In fact my network connection shows full connection and for a while i do but then my connection drops out without showing. This happens randomly as far as i can tell and the only way i can get a dependable network connection is wired. This was never a problem previously.

i partially resolved.
Using static IP, but using DHCP DNs, it works (with WICD)
Then i remain without net when i'm out of X.
Many wpa_sypplicant errors.
