Alrighty....

Make a static ip follow this...

http://wiki.sabayonlinux.org/index.php?title=HOWTO:_Creating_a_STATIC_IP

That wont configure you're wireless for wpa etc, so next follow....

http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Wireless_Configuration_and_Startup

Pretty straight forward and you should be good to go.

Thx for help, grretings.

For user with that same problem:
I do this in other way, in my router i use "static DHCP".
DHCP server configuration:
addres from: [192.168.1.121]
addres to: [192.168.1.121]
Static DHCP configuration:
add my MAC address to static DHCP computers list.

How it's works? When your computer with your MAC address connect to router with DHCP type he will get 192.168.1.121 from router, or other: you can connect with static IP address like 192.168.1.121. How You see it willbe that same IP.

bye
