I'm thinking it may be better to go out and myself another motherboard. Not having done this before I appreciate anyones suggestion an a highish spec alternative motherboard that's known to work with Linux. I'm assuming all I need to do before purchasing is to make sure the motherboard will take my Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 processor, DDR-2 memory and fit my my cabinet? Hopefully the MSI motherboard and G33 Express chipset will have Linux drivers sometime in the future.
I've read just that acording to a PCSTATS article
...."At the moment only the Intel P35 Express, G35 Express, G33 Express and nVIDIA nForce 6 series (680i, 650i) motherboards are compatible with the 1333 MHz processor", which was published 20 August 2007. How do I find out if any these boards (or newer additions) will support Linux?
