Install Sabayon in non-uefi-mode or use systemd for booting

Hello,

I bought a notebook from Acer, which is even intended for Linux. But Acer was kind enough to pack a UEFI that did not quite fit with Grub. : /
As you can read in the reviews, the problem seems to be with every distribution:

Two options exist now:
Either install Sabayon with Grub in non-EFI mode
or to use bootctl, which should already be there (since Sabayon uses systemd). I had Antergos installed, where you can choose systemd as bootloader with the installer. Unfortunately, I have to admit that the installer Anaconda is quite unwieldy.

Now the question: How do I do that?
