Hey thanks a lot for telling me that.. I do use unetbootin and I've tried most of the codes from that link you gave me and nothing working yet. I'm almost gonna give up on it but it sure is bugging me! It would be nice if I knew what device is causing the issue.

the same error on hp mini 110 using Sabayon 5.1(latest) x86 version.

so sad...
