Grub problem

Hi

I have a problem whit Grub it won't boot, every time it boots xp directly (it seems if it changed my boot partition)
I have 3 sata, 1 ide HD.

sdd -->xp
sdc2 -->sabayon 3.4 f 64

BIOS Boot Partition order--> 80-200-500-320GB

install grub to the mbr of sdd ...

or make the 500gb the first bootable device, since thats how linux sees it.
