and breaking it and then fixing it !!!! :lol: There is room for all sorts of flavors. Like many, ive tried loads of distros, but i find SL suits my needs in that for the most part, it does just work, as did ubuntu, kubuntu, fedora, suse, mepis etc The point is, with linux we have a choice we dont get with other OS's so lets be thankful for that, each to there own.

@Wolfden, sorry for the duplicate topic, I'm always the last to know :P

I think this is bad for linux, bad for SL, bad for Beryl, and bad for me 8)

I just don't see that anyone will benefit other than Canonical. I despise Gnome! And Ubuntu, although I recommend it for very non-tech folks who want to run away from M$, I just don't like it for myself. I want something with some BALLS! :twisted:
