v00d00, they're very very nice but the logo does not yet conform with the new one. But, just wait for 3.3 and the new public artwork :)

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, you should just take this as friendly advice:

All three wallpapers have been made with a method which in my opinion, has been copied and abused over and over again by various artists. Ubuntu is one of the many distributions which have "adopted" this style to their official wallpapers. Sabayon on the other hand, has lots going for it in terms of originality in both colour and style.

Having said that, in terms of colour, looking at wallies #2 and #3 makes me think "Ubuntu", apart from the obvious Apple elements in there.

Nevertheless, copying can prove to be very good practice. Learning how to get the software tools to do what you want can be established by trial & error, and then some. So my advice to you is, keep it up until you develop a more personal style which defines you, and no one else.

very nice is number one , but the lines are still too way sharp....
i read some rules of design somewhere and there are things you should'nt do...
for one, fade dramatically as you go towards the edge and corners, those are where icons are commonly
placed. avoid sharp contrasts, those lines of pure white - go over it in the gimp with the "finger" tool.
