That's pretty awesome. I've got to admit, I like your wispy smoke a hell of a lot more than that wispy smoke I've made the past. You should definitely post how you got the smoke so nice and silky.

Gimp is good but not good enough yet to replace photoshop, what do you use ? :wink:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks (a few nifty uses for Fireworks do exist, heh), Gimp, Inkscape, Maya, and Blender. I'm starting to play around with Zbrush and Painter as well, I suppose. I guess what I really meant was more that you should consider making a tutorial for how to make that kind of silky smoke.

The technique is not difficult, but it takes a lot of time to do it.
Anyway, I'll make a tutorial when I've got some time left :)
