Re: Sabayon Frozen - Community Repositories

Yeah backports would be very useful, but as you said they require manpower! Never say never, if the idea is useful and people want to improve the repo with backports or other features, I would be very happy.
The important thing is to *never* introduce issues due to upgrades.

Thank you :)
If you can, maybe change it to "Sabayon Frozen - Community Repositories" so I will only update this thread upon new Frozen repositories creation ;)

Please note: I updated the file and switched to http: it looks like the server performs much better with that protocol.

Re: Sabayon Frozen 10

Thank you for the effort! Thank you for using it! When 11 is out and you want "hop" from the frozen 10 to 11, will you only have to change the 10 to 11 in the conf file? Like this: repository = sabayon-frozen|Sabayon 11 Frozen Repository|rsync://sabayon-frozen.apice.unibo.it/11|rsync://sabayon-froz...

Sabayon Frozen - Community Repositories

I created a repository for those who don't want to get weekly updates, and prefer to stay with a more static system. I called it Sabayon Frozen, details about it are available here.

I'm open to comment, suggestions, whatever!

Re: Sabayon Control Center

Hi, ive uploaded a PreAlpha-Version at https://sourceforge.net/projects/sabayoncc/ . You can't do anything useful except of saving your dmesg output to a file. I will try to add a logging function this week so you can easily paste your bugreports or send them per mail to me. And maybe ive got enoug...
