Re: phpMyAdmin - errors

I already looked in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/phpmyadmin There is no config.inc.php file but there is a file named config.sample.inc.php You need to copy it and rename it to config.inc.php and fill in a new password, I used this link to generate a password. Then I removed the folder named config loc...

phpMyAdmin - errors [Solved]

I am trying to set up Drupal. However hen logging in to phpMyAdmin I have 2 errors being displayed: 1) The configuration file now needs a secret pass phrase (blowfish_secret). 2) Directory config, which is used by the setup script, still exists in your phpMyAdmin directory. You should remove it once...

Re: Drupal

Got it, I named the folder drupal7: chmod 777 -R /var/www/localhost/htdocs/drupal7 fixed this issue. But now it's mentioning: Failed to connect to your database server. The server reports the following message: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'drupal'@'localhost' (using password: YES).

Re: Drupal

I did not found the install in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/ as you descriped and overlooked it on the website. All the other links do not mention this. I installed Drupal using terminal and a second time using the package manager. For some reason it did not install in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/ on my ...

I would like to use Drupal. I have been reading 2 days and trying but it seems that getting Drupal installed is more difficult than using it. You need at least following programs: - MySQL - Apache Server - PHP and with specific settings, but since I am a simple hen for some reason (I can work with p...

Re: Sabayon 9 KDE 64 bit installer failing on desktop pc.

I have had same issues with Sabayon.

Try the torrent download, it is strange but often it worked for me instead of using http/ftp downloads.

If this fails, try the daily builds which contains latest software, you will find the folder at the bottom of the shown iso's of the Index.

Re: Sabayon 10 [SOLVED]

Thanks for your assistance and explanation.

Because Grub already caused me headaches when doing multiboot I am using a commercial bootmanager (Acronis OS Selector). Of course when Grub fails I can not boot the selected OS but still can boot the other OS I have installed.
