Dunno why you need so much root priveliges. I don't recommend this, but you can give administrator priveliges to user.
But I repeat, I don't understand why you need root priveliges and why you want start X's on root.
For my opinion you can do everything from user account using: su, sudo, kdesu.

Which moment, when you choose partitions, or when installing is in progress, at the end of installation? If you can start live USB and have internet, you can install teamviewer program, and smb could help you remotely.

kxp you dont need virtualbox, just use unetbootin in linux, for example. Install ISO on USB. Boot system from USB and start system, NOT INSTALL, but start. When system start, you can from this system install Sabayon, by clicking icon Install Sabayon. I think your problem is, that graphics driver is ...

Could you try, to first start Sab XFCE from USB live, and try to install Sab from Sab Live?
