Re: My entropy seems broken

There isn't a file called "equo" - that is the first error message.

Have you tried this as a starter?

Code: Select all

equo install entropy --relaxed

Re: Keyboard Disabled After Last Update - Can't Log In

To boot into a terminal select the "recovery" option from the initial boot screen and that should tell you if the problem is just in the GUI. If you can get to the point where you can login to the terminal then try (as root) equo update --force equo upgrade --ask equo deptest and equo libtest . If y...

Re: Can't select user for time setting in Cinnamon

I expect it's related to this bug report; https://bugs.sabayon.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4336

PS It's not a good idea to post the same problem in two places - people won't know which to respond to. :)

To install radiotray you can either use the command line in a terminal; As it's a new installation you need to update the repositories ; As root equo update --force Then As root equo install radiotray and the same for eclipse. Re: Confused after moving from windows directly to GNOME

If you are using Gnome 3.x I'm not surprised that you are confused - unless you have come from Windows 8. My solution is not an answer but I would open a terminal and, as root, do this equo install kde-meta --ask When that has finished reboot and choose KDE at the login stage. That will give you a m...

Re: Can't select user for time setting in Cinnamon

I have very little experience of Cinnamon but I assume it has an equivalent to KDE system settings. You need to run that as root to alter the time settings. If it doesn't work I hope that someone who uses Cinnamon will come along before another 3 weeks is up!
