If you install from clean thats what I have found also, it takes several attempts to complete. Would be nice for an up-to date install disc.

I have tried the KDE daily versions serveral times and that had the same problem so I gave up and used 18.05, updated it from the command line and manually installed the lastest kernel. I have a Ryzen notebook and it doesnt like 4.14 at all but runs fine on 4.18

Maybe the devs are preparing for a change of some kind. Will wait and see, now at least I can install a new kernel and make it work so its not so bad.

Thanks that worked great (much better to follow than the wiki page). It would be nice if Rigo worked again thou. Hopefully a future update will bring that functionality back.
