Re: Upgrade with community repo activated: not working

It doesn't seem to be possible to create a bug report about the repo itself, only about specific packages. What to do? community repo being out of sync like that kinda suggests it's somehow not being maintained right now, is that correct?

I might just request tlp to be included in official repos.

Re: Upgrade with community repo activated: not working

Is community repo being actively maintained? Who will recompile? Should I put a request in somewhere?

Upgrade with community repo activated: not working

I've activated the community repo to install tlp power management. Hi,

where does this command store the files it generates? (I tried using --savedir path, but strangely no files were place in that location.)

Thank you!

Re: Can I safely convert my ext4 root to btrfs w/ EFI?

Great, thanks, I've done the conversion before. My concern now is that it's set up with EFI, which I have no idea how it works, so I was wondering if that affects the conversion process, at all, in any way. I know I have to change fstab accordingly, but do I have to tell GRUB anything?

Can I safely convert my ext4 root to btrfs w/ EFI?

Hi, I just got a new laptop, and I installed the freshest Sabayon KDE daily. The new installer didn't offer me the option to use btrfs (which I like), and I also wasn't able to turn off this EFI stuff in the BIOS and get Sabayon working, so I left it on and let the installer do its thing. Can I now ...
