Sabayon 9 x64 KDE - Cinnamon Install

Hello... I've installed Sabayon 9 x64 KDE with no issues. I thought I would try Cinnamon out to see how I would like it. Fired up Rigo, searched and installed the latest version of Cinnamon. Now, when choosing Cinnamon and logging in, Cinnamon "tries" to load, displays many vertical colored lines on...

Re: Sabayon 7 64bit K Desktop and Intel RAID 0 Install

Thank you for the reply. I'm wondering, is there a RAID driver for Linux or Sabayon Linux? If there is, I'm also wondering how hard it would be for it to be incorporated into Sabayon so that when installing Sabayon to a BIOS configured RAID 0, the Sabayon installer would see that RAID 0 setup as a s...

Both computers can install Windows 7 with no issues. However, when I try to install Sabayon 7 64bit K desktop, when I get to...

Re: MythTV

Ok, so all I really wanted to do was download the Sabayon 64bit KDE ISO and have MythTV be a part of this ISO so it installs straight from there. Is this not the way it works? I don't get the impression that it does. Again, please excuse my ignorance.

Thank you.

Re: MythTV

Please forgive me but I'm not sure what Entropy and Portage repositories are. Could someone give me an idea?

Thank you.

MythTV

Hello. I can say that I'm not completely new to Linux, however, I really like Sabayon! I'm wondering if anyone might be able to tell me if MythTV is an application that has been added to the Sabayon distribution? If not, has anyone ever thought about adding it? This way I don't have to worry about i...
