If this isn't the way to do it then what is? Is there an option in the installer to choose which drive to install grub to?

Dual Booting

I have Windows 8.1 on a HDD. I assume the bootloader for it is loaded into the MBR on that drive. I have a separate drive I want to install Sabayon on. The way I'm thinking about doing this is to unplug the Windows drive, install Sabayon onto it's drive, install grub there. Then set my Bios to ask w...

Lightscribe

I know the packages are in the repo for Lightscribe but one of the will not even open and the other opens but doesn't see the drive. Are there any plans to get this working on Sabayon? I tried to run it with wine, it all opens but doesn't see the drive.

Re: Slight problem with Firefox

Not yet. I thought I had it pinpointed down to a flash ad that was running in one of the tabs. I blocked it and left FF open all night but this morning it was doing it again. I have switched to Opera for the time being until I get this sorted.

But the issue is that firefox becomes what i call laggy. Takes several seconds to switch tabs and causes xchat to do the same. Shut fir...

Re: Video card drivers

This has been solved.

http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1423381

I followed these instructions. When I did the first set of instructions it didn't work. I then added "sisfb" to /etc/modules.conf and rebooted and everything works now.
