OMG! You're my hero :D It worked.. For those having the same problem and searching for a solution.. here is it: In opera: tools -- preferences -- advanced -- content -- plug-in options.. -- change path .. uncheck all paths except /usr/lib/nsbrowser/plugins seems like the multiple entries of plugins ...

Hey! I'm having a REALLY grave problem (imo).. Opera lags on some sites while loading (the whole window freezes and doesn't react anymore for like 20 seconds) .. I've tried using firefox (those sites work there) but it's interface is slow in general (compared to opera .. of course this is just subje...

hm.. the wiki doesn't work atm and so I can't add my comment to proposal 1.1 :-( so I'll post it here: Sounds good so far :-) one of the things coming to my mind that would be a problem is internationalization.. putting the translations into the xml file won't work as the xml file would get much too...

I know these languages: C/C++/Qt, C#, Java, SQL the mcc is written in perl? hm.. didn't known.. thx for your help :-) it's partly solved for now (atm I'm using emergency portage (installed by the script from the gentoo wiki)) .. I'll try later replacing the original portage files with the one from the emergency... hope it'll work :-)

ah.. nice... so...I've just edited it to reflect my progress on trying to compile yast. btw: I've solved the problem with emerge temporary (I'm using the emergency portage now (whatever it is)) ... everything worked good so far.. without any major flaws (except that I wasted a lot of time trying to ...
