That kernel is not in Entropy. I guess it has been but got dropped. You best stick to the 4.14 kernel.

I know we had this issue some time ago on daily images but it is resolved now. Are you sure you've downloaded the most recent daily image (dated 14-2-2019)?

I actually tested latest images in both baremetal and virtualbox today and they are fine.

On 4.19 and 4.20 kernel there is no legacy support for these old cards. I guess you must use the open source (nouveau) drivers for this, or stick with an older kernel.

Hmm in IRC I've heard people say there is a problem with Linux 4.9 kernel and Intel GPU in some cases.
A newer 4.9 kernel will be available soon, hopefully fixes your issue.
