However, Xandros ver 4.0 and Mandriva 2006 and 2007. Work out of the box. I agree no other distro can get it going besides those two.

intel 3945 wireless 3.25 new version

i thought this version would install the drivers for the intel 3945. I loaded the live cd and, no wireless is found. Is there any trick? I do not want to mess with ndiswrapper? Manrdriva and Xandros turn on the wireless by default. Am I doing something wrong with Sab?

I really liked Sab 3.0 worked great. 3.1 and the beta drivers was a nightmare for me. Changing the nvidia drivers in gentoo is not too easy. Thus, I left and skipped fedora and went to the new Ubuntu. Well Ubuntu works fine and looks great. But I am bored and want to run Sab again. Question can Sab ...

Because I got all kinds of kde blocking errors. And I was told to. My forum members. Well this all hosed. My system so I did a full install and guess what the nvidia beta driver give a large and un usable 800x600. And the edit of xorg is not working. Installing the older nvidia drivers is failing as...

kde hosed my system

I did an emerge -C kde-env

and I lost my cups and I can't run kuroo since It won't accept my su password, then I get an error that I had a bad kde upgrade and orphaned modules.????

do i have to re-install, I have spent so much time on this distro, mepis and madriva have never put me thru this

Run away menus

How do I stop the menus from blasting open and closing when I click with my mouse. Like if I click on system. The whole screen fills up with all the apps, and if you try to click on a app, the menus jump so fast there is no chance of actually clicking on something????
