You can leave these settings, and add the new one. Just make sure that you don't have another entry with Identifier "Mouse0" And that in your ServerLayout section you have a line saying InputDevice "Mouse0" "CorePointer" Ok, thank you all, now my back/forward buttons works when browsing the web.
