Re: Wacom Bamboo Tablet

I've tried everything, but I'm just too stupid to figure it out. I emerge'd linuxwacom and then changed my xorg.conf at least five times to match different things I'd found, but it still doesn't work. The only simple how-to I've found is for ubuntu, and I really don't want to use ubuntu, so I think ...

Wacom Bamboo Tablet

I recently purchased a Wacom Bamboo Tablet, and I cannot seem to get it to function properly. There is apparently a project that has created drivers for it to work, but I have tried using these two howtos/guides http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Wacom_Tablet and http://linuxwacom.sourceforge.net/index.ph...

Re: HP Wireless Problems

I just installed Sabayon 3.5 Loop 1, and the wireless card now works out-of-the-box, so I've finally got it working.

Re: HP Wireless Problems

I have no FREAKIN' idea how, but the internet just WORKED ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I turned it on to do the lsusb, and I left it on just in case I needed it again... maybe the lsusb probed it and made it work, or maybe the extra time it was on did something. Re: HP Wireless Problems

I'm not sure. However the driver that sabayon tries to use for it is rt73usb, and the driver that vista (ewww...) uses for it is called net73, so I'm guessing it's something to do with 73. I found out after a lot of digging that the manufacturer of the wireless card (which is actually a usb wireless...

HP Wireless Problems [Solved]

Alas, I got an HP m9040n PC, and I'm having problems with its wireless card. Knetworkmanager recognizes it as a ralink card, but when it tries to use it, the indicator light for the wireless card goes off on the computer, and it doesn't work. I tried quitting knetwork manager and configuring it in t...
