no panels after update

Postby dulcie » Fri May 29, 2009 13:47

Hi,
I have updated after a new install and Gnome (2.4) has no panels.
My user set wallpaper shows OK.
I have tried removing .gnome in my home folder.
I am new so don't know what to try next?

Next time remember to FIRST update entropy. (equo install entropy)
Also read the messages on the entropy notice board.

To fix:
Code: Select all
equo install gnome-session

From a shell.

This question has been answered more then once in the forums too.
