layman module missing when run emerge --sync && layman -S

Postby lestoil81 » Thu May 14, 2009 22:19

Had to re-install. Gnome kept crashing after updates. Now on SB4.1KDE. This time no world updates. Installed thunderbird,xpdf,k3b and acroread after "equo update &&emerge --sync && layman -S and installing equo, entropy and spritz then equo conf update. Had also run "emerge --ask --verbose foo2zjs" to get Hp printer installed with cups.
All went well 1st round, but after installing above pkgs, emerge --sync works but layman -S gives missing layman module error. How do I fix this pls?
