System automatically remove Alternative repos [Solved]

This suceed in two Sabayon installations...
after adding the Zenana or Naendo repos, alternative repos, mainly after a few updates....
the system reverts to the original repositories.conf file, removing the added Zenana or Naendo repo.....
is that because i use svn also,or because i made:

equo install equo again?

Its because you need to pay attention when you equo conf update.

was my mistake, i overwrited my repositories.conf!
